Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a turnover?

Simply click "Book a Turnover" and follow the steps. Enter your property details, select your dates and any add-ons, then pay securely online. You'll receive confirmation immediately.

How much notice do you need?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during busy periods. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Can I book recurring turnovers?

Currently, each turnover is booked individually. This gives you flexibility to book only when you need us. Contact us if you'd like to discuss regular scheduling.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Contact us as soon as possible. We understand plans change and will work with you to find a solution.

Pricing & Payment

How much does a turnover cost?

Our 2-bedroom turnover is from $280, 3-bedroom is from $330, and 4-bedroom is from $390. All prices are in AUD.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No contracts required. You pay per turnover, only when you need us. No ongoing commitments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Services

What's included in a turnover clean?

A complete clean between guests: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floor cleaning, rubbish removal, bed making, and general property reset. Plus photo confirmation and damage reporting.

Do you provide linen?

Yes, as an optional add-on for $25 per bed. We provide fresh, professionally laundered sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

What does restocking include?

Consumables restocking covers toiletries, kitchen essentials, and basic pantry items for $25. We also offer a full property inspection for $150.

Do you offer deep cleaning services?

Yes! We offer deep cleaning for $500. This includes thorough top-to-bottom cleaning for when your property needs extra attention — inside ovens, behind appliances, and hard-to-reach areas.

Service Area

What areas do you service?

We service the Geelong Region including the Surf Coast, including Torquay, Anglesea, Aireys Inlet and Lorne.

Do you service properties outside the Surf Coast?

Currently, we focus on the Surf Coast region from Geelong to Lorne. Contact us if you have a property nearby and we'll let you know if we can help.

During & After the Clean

Do I need to be present during the clean?

No, you don't need to be there. Most hosts provide access via lockbox or smart lock. We'll coordinate with you on the best method.

How will I know the clean is complete?

You'll receive photo confirmation via email showing your property is guest-ready. This includes photos of each room after cleaning.

What if you find damage or issues?

We immediately report any damage or maintenance issues we discover, with photos where possible. This helps you address problems quickly and supports security deposit claims.
