Terms of Service

1. Services

NextStay provides short-stay and turnover cleaning services for residential properties. Services are delivered based on the service type selected at the time of booking (e.g. 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom clean) and any optional add-ons selected.

2. Service Providers

NextStay may engage trusted third-party service providers and independent contractors to perform cleaning and related services. All services are delivered in accordance with NextStay's standards and procedures. NextStay remains responsible for the quality and completion of services booked through the platform.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Prices are clearly displayed prior to payment and include the services selected at checkout.
  • Optional add-ons (such as linen services) are charged in addition to the base service price.

4. Access to Property

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access cannot be gained, the service may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  • Late cancellations or no access may result in a partial or full charge.

6. Service Scope

NextStay provides professional cleaning based on short-stay turnover standards. The service does not include:

  • Maintenance or repairs
  • Hazardous waste removal
  • Services not listed or selected at booking

Any additional requirements should be discussed prior to booking.

7. Photo Confirmation & Reporting

Where applicable, NextStay may provide photo confirmation following service completion. Any issues, damage, or concerns identified during the service may be documented and reported to the customer.

8. Liability

NextStay takes reasonable care in delivering services. To the extent permitted by law:

  • NextStay is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues outside the agreed service scope.
  • Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Insurance

NextStay maintains appropriate business insurance for the services provided.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and is used only for service delivery, communication, and administration purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

NextStay may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
